Terms of carriage · The practical facts
- Hours
- 10 AM to 4 PM, every day, or until the day's bake sells out. First come, first served. No pre-orders.
- Collection
- Order from 10 AM, then collect from the kitchen, Behind Villa 11, 75B Street, Jumeirah 1. No charge. We message you when it is ready.
- Routes
- All over Dubai, the same day, by porter. Dubai only, not the other emirates. Also on Deliveroo, Noon Food and Careem, each within its own range of the kitchen.
- Fees
- Delivery is AED 20 within 10 km of Jumeirah 1, and AED 40 beyond, up to 45 km. A convenience fee of 5% is added to every website order and shown on your docket before you pay.
- Bulk mail
- Larger orders are by arrangement, subject to what the kitchen can bake. Message us on WhatsApp with what you need and when, and we will tell you what is possible.
- Payment
- Card, Apple Pay or Google Pay when you post the order, and a receipt by email. Bulk mail on WhatsApp is paid by link.
- Care
- Contains wheat, dairy and egg. Best the day it arrives. Ten seconds of warmth the morning after brings it back.
